Texas Fenceless provides consultation, installation, and training for hidden and wireless dog containment systems, along with related service and repair. Specific work, pricing, and warranty terms for your property are set out in the written quote and agreement we provide before any installation.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and an on-site assessment. Final pricing is confirmed in your written agreement. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and may change if site conditions differ from what was described.
We back our installations with a lifetime equipment warranty against manufacturing defects and a 30-day money-back containment guarantee, subject to the full terms in your service agreement. Proper containment depends on completing the recommended training and keeping the collar fitted, charged, and in working order. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration, animals other than dogs, or normal wear of consumable parts such as batteries and contact points.
A hidden fence is a containment aid, not a substitute for responsible supervision. No containment system can guarantee a dog will never cross a boundary in every circumstance.
Payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Financing, when offered, is provided by third-party lenders subject to their approval and terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
